A Career Guidance Programme was conducted in our school on 2nd December, 2025 in the auditorium, with the aim of helping students make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures. The session was attended by students of classes IX to XII, along with teachers and parents.

The programme began with a welcome address by our Principal, Mr. Anantha Sam, who emphasised the importance of early career planning in today’s competitive world. The school had invited expert career counsellor and professional Mr. Jayaprakash Gandhi . After honouring the chief guest with a memento, The Campus Coordinator, Mr. Prashanth gave a special address.

Following that Mr. JP, the career consultant, gave insights from various fields, including engineering, medicine, commerce, humanities, and emerging career sectors such as digital media, data science, and entrepreneurship.

The speaker also highlighted the importance of understanding one’s interests, strengths, and aptitudes before choosing a career stream. They explained different academic pathways available after Class 12, and provided clear insights into competitive exams, vocational courses, and scholarships.

An Interactive Q&A session was conducted and it enabled students to clarify their doubts. Students found the session highly informative and motivating, as it broadened their perspective on the vast range of opportunities available in today’s world.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the resource person and the school management for organising such a meaningful event. Overall, the Career Guidance Programme proved to be a valuable and enriching experience, inspiring students to set realistic goals and plan their future with confidence.
